Business Analyst
As a Business Analyst, you will support projects aimed at digitising and optimising business processes related to pension calculations in the Employee and Civil Servant sectors. You will be responsible for analysing and formalising processes and requirements.
As a change agent, you facilitate collaboration between multiple stakeholders within business and IT projects. More concretely, you analyse, optimise, and model business processes. You also support the business in managing change linked to process optimisation or automation, working closely with business architects, project managers, program managers, and IT teams.
Experience:
Proven experience in an organisation with over 1,000 employees.
Proven experience in the public sector.

Mission requires minimum 2 days per week onsite in Brussels (SFP offices).
Likely extension for a second year.

Native Dutch or French, with good knowledge of the other national language and English
