Software Engineer - Full-Stack: .NET / Angular

Senior full-stack developer to strengthen and expand a digital platform for a police zone. You work on both new projects and existing applications in an Agile environment, with a strong focus on architecture, code quality, performance, security, and team collaboration.


Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain full‑stack applications (front‑end and back‑end).

  • Translate functional/technical analyses into high‑quality solutions.

  • Build modular, scalable front‑end architectures.

  • Implement and integrate APIs (REST and/or GraphQL).

  • Contribute to architecture, performance, and security improvements.

  • Refactor and optimize existing codebases.

  • Collaborate with designers, testers, and developers in Agile/Scrum teams.

  • Perform code reviews, participate in planning and refinements.

  • Coach and support less experienced developers.

Qualifications:

  • Several years of experience as a full‑stack developer (senior level, 5+ years).

  • Strong experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript.

  • Proven experience with Angular and/or React (including state management, modular architecture).

  • Proven back‑end experience with Node.js (NestJS) and Java (Spring Boot) for scalable APIs.

  • Experience with relational and non‑relational databases: SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
